Wow I love this new guide for fall, it has all my favorite colors included! You know I love jewel tones and demin. 😉 I know it’s been about 1000 degrees here so fall clothes are hard to imagine but if you have a shoot scheduled for closer to the holidays, I just love these ideas.

SHARE ON FACEBOOKI had so much fun shooting this adorable little cowgirl in preparation for her 4th birthday party. I’ve never had a shoot where we worked so hard to get a child NOT to smile. Her mama wanted a fierce outlaw look for her invitation which was to be a wanted sign but this little cutie could barely contain her giggles. We finally put her sheriff sister on the job and she wrangled her in. I can’t wait shoot her party, it should be a blast!

Not only was this family dressed to perfection, they had huge smiles on their faces for our whole shoot! All four kids! And even more amazing was that there were over 20 photographers shooting them at the same time! I just got back from a reunion weekend from my GoPro workshop I attended in January. Wendy and Tyler of Blue Lily Photography have been my role models, mentors and friends this past year and I was so excited to meet up with them again and suck their brains dry of photography info. They set up some incredible shoots for us and this family was one of them. A post on our weekend is coming but for now, enjoy the scenery! (Look at the hair on these kids, I die!)
